By car

The easiest way to get to The Gap Centre by car is to leave the M4 at Junction 27 and follow the signs toward Newport City Centre. Take the second exit at the first roundabout, then go straight ahead at 2 sets of traffic lights. Bear to the left past St Woolos Cathedral (one-way system) then turn left down Stow Hill. The Gap Centre is on the left just past a set of traffic lights. Car parking (NCP) is available opposite the centre or in North Road at the rear of the centre.

By rail

Newport is accessible by rail from all parts of the UK. The Gap Centre is situated 5 minutes walk from Newport railway station.

By bus

Newport bus station, which serves both local buses and National Express long distance coaches is only 5 minutes walk from The Gap Centre
